Running a university entrepreneurship center is one of the most complex roles in higher education. Most entrepreneurship centers are judged on activity. The best ones are built to produce results. We show you how to do both. The Center Leader Academy provides training, tools and operating frameworks for center directors who are expected to deliver measurable outcomes, not just run programs.
Over the past six years, CLA has trained 400+ entrepreneurship center leaders worldwide, including programs delivered in partnership with the Global Consortium of Entrepreneurship Centers (GCEC).

Most entrepreneurship center leaders step into a role with high expectations, limited resources and no operating blueprint. They are expected to produce measurable outcomes: students engaged, programs created, education delivered, ventures launched and funding raised, among others. All while navigating a complex and often undefined set of responsibilities.
The role requires balancing multiple systems at once:
Student programming & initiatives
Engagement across departments
Startup & community connections
University alignment & reporting
Budgets & fundraising efforts
Without a clear operating model, most centers default to activity instead of outcomes. Center Leader Academy exists to provide the systems, frameworks and tools required to run a center that actually performs.

A growing set of AI systems for managing, measuring, and improving your center.
Center Leader Academy was built by people who have worked inside entrepreneurship centers - managing programs, navigating university systems, and being held accountable for results without clear structures to do so.
We've seen firsthand where centers struggle: unclear priorities, limited resources, and pressure to demonstrate impact without the tools to measure it. The Center Leader Academy (CLA) is a professional platform dedicated to the people who lead entrepreneurship centers. It was created to address a major gap in higher education: there is no formal preparation for the people responsible for launching and managing entrepreneurship centers.
